Everything you need to know
before you begin.
Every project is different, but as a guide, most kitchen installations take between five and ten working days once the room is ready and all materials are on-site. The full timeline from your initial design consultation through to completed installation — including design, ordering, and lead times — is typically eight to twelve weeks. We'll give you a clear programme before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
Our design consultations are a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — in our showroom or at your home — where we take the time to understand how you live, how you use your kitchen, and what you want from it. We'll discuss layout options, style preferences, storage priorities, and budget. From there, our designers produce a detailed 3D design and full specification so you can see exactly what your kitchen will look like before making any commitment.
Not at all — many of our clients come to us with very little idea of cost, and that's absolutely fine. If you do have a figure in mind, sharing it with us helps us tailor the design from the start. If you're unsure, we can walk you through typical investment levels for different specification levels so you can make an informed decision at your own pace.
Yes, in most cases. The majority of our clients remain in their homes throughout. It's worth setting up a temporary kitchen space — a kettle, microwave, and a clear surface in another room goes a long way. We work methodically to minimise disruption and keep the site as clean and safe as possible each day. We'll also let you know in advance if there are any days where water or power will need to be temporarily isolated.
No — we handle the project from start to finish. We coordinate all of the trades involved, including plumbing, electrical, and tiling, so you have a single point of contact throughout. You won't need to source or manage any additional contractors. This joined-up approach means the project runs smoothly and accountability is clear at every stage.
Absolutely — bespoke design is at the heart of what we do. Every kitchen we produce is designed specifically for the room and the client, not selected from a fixed catalogue. You have full control over the layout, door style, colour, finish, and hardware. Our designers will guide you through the options and help you build a scheme that feels entirely your own.
Yes. We produce detailed 3D renders of your kitchen so you can see how the finished room will look before anything is ordered or installed. This allows you to visualise the layout, finishes, and proportions, and to make any changes while adjustments are still straightforward. We want you to feel completely confident in the design before we move forward.
In many cases, yes. If your existing appliances are in good condition and are the right size for the new layout, we can absolutely design around them. We'll confirm the dimensions and specifications during the design stage to make sure everything integrates properly. If you're looking to replace appliances at the same time, we can supply and install these as part of the wider project.
Yes — we supply and install the complete kitchen, including cabinetry, worktops, sinks and taps, and appliances. Handling everything through one supplier means the specification is co-ordinated from the outset and there are no gaps in responsibility. You're welcome to supply your own appliances if you prefer, and we'll factor that into the design and installation plan accordingly.
Kitchen costs vary significantly depending on the size of the room, the specification chosen, and the complexity of the installation. As a broad guide, a fully fitted kitchen including supply and installation typically starts from around £10,000, with most of our projects falling in the £15,000–£40,000 range. We'll always be transparent about costs from the outset and provide a detailed, itemised quotation so you know exactly what's included.
You'll receive a fixed, detailed quotation covering all elements of the project we've agreed. We don't work with vague estimates — our quotes are itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for. The only time costs can change is if you choose to vary the specification after signing off, or if unforeseen structural issues are discovered during installation, in which case we'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.
We provide fully inclusive quotations that cover both supply and installation. There are no hidden fitting charges added at the end. Your quote will clearly set out what's included — cabinetry, worktops, appliances, and all associated installation work. If there are any elements that fall outside the scope (such as decorating or flooring), we'll confirm this clearly upfront.
Yes. All plumbing and electrical work is carried out by qualified tradespeople and is included as part of our full installation service. Any electrical work that requires certification is completed to current Scottish Building Standards, and Gas Safe registered engineers are used for all gas appliance work. You won't need to arrange any of this separately — it's all co-ordinated by us.
Yes. The cabinetry and products we supply carry manufacturer warranties, and our installation work is backed by our own workmanship guarantee. Full warranty details are provided in writing as part of your project documentation. If anything isn't right after you've moved back in, we want to hear about it — and we'll put it right promptly.
Simply get in touch and we'll assess the issue and arrange for it to be resolved as quickly as possible. We're a local, owner-managed business — our reputation depends on doing right by our clients long after the installation is complete, and we take that seriously. You'll always be dealing with the same people who managed your project, not a faceless call centre.
Yes — removal and responsible disposal of your existing kitchen is included as standard. We'll strip out the old kitchen at the start of the project and clear the space ready for the new installation. If there are any specific items you'd like to keep, just let us know in advance and we'll set these aside for you.
We're based in Falkirk and serve clients across Falkirk, Stirling, Grangemouth, Bo'ness, Larbert, Denny, Stenhousemuir, Alloa, Linlithgow, and the wider Central Scotland area. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just ask — we're happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis for the right project.
Yes — our showroom is located at 31 Manor Street in Falkirk. Visiting in person is the best way to experience the quality of the cabinetry, touch the finishes, and get a real sense of what's possible. We'd recommend booking an appointment so we can give you our full attention, though you're welcome to pop in. Call us on 01324 649020 or use the contact form to arrange a time that suits you.
Installation slots can book up several months in advance, particularly during busier periods, so we'd always encourage getting in touch sooner rather than later — especially if you have a target date in mind. The earlier we begin the design process, the more time we have to get everything right. If you have a more urgent requirement, it's always worth asking — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
The first step is a conversation. Get in touch by phone, email, or via our contact form and we'll arrange a free design consultation — either in our Falkirk showroom or at your home, whichever suits you. There's no obligation and no hard sell, just a genuine discussion about your project and how we can help.
